Hi, I’m Anna.

My work is rooted in the belief that when the nervous system feels safe, connection, with ourselves and with one another, becomes possible.

I hold a graduate degree from the University of British Columbia in health, somatic, and nature-based learning. I am a Hatha and Yin yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, photographer, and art educator with more than 10 years of experience supporting youth navigating complex mental health experiences.

Across my work I bring together movement, meditation, creativity, nature, and relational witnessing to create spaces where people can slow down, ground into the body, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Through contemplative practices we begin by calming the nervous system and gently greeting the body. As we ground into the body, presence and awareness naturally deepen, allowing us to attune to ourselves, to the land around us, and to one another in ways that are often simple, meaningful, and sometimes profound.

The gatherings I facilitate are grounded in consent, nervous system awareness, and the belief that healing often happens in relationship: with land, with community, and with the stories we carry.
